Libiamo Restaurant Tavern & Hall

1. To enter, complete an official entry form available at Libiamo Neighborhood Restaurant Tavern & Hall or at www.libiamorestaurant.com Entries for the drawing conducted at the third of each month must be submitted and received by the last day of the prior month. Winner will be selected by random drawing conducted on the third day of each month. No liability is assumed for illegible, lost, or mutilated entries. Entries become the property of Libiamo and will not be returned. By entering the drawing, each entrant agrees to be bound by the drawing’s official rules and decisions of Libiamo.
2. Winners will be notified by E-mail. Prize will be non-transferable and substitutions are not allowed. Odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received. Winners agree to the use of their name and likeness for publicity/advertising purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
3. Winnings include six free entrees chosen off of the Libiamo dinner menu. Beverages, appetizers and desserts not included. Full prize must be redeemed in one sitting. Prize expires on the last day of the month in which winner receives the E-mailed notification that he/she has won. Winner must present printout of E-mailed notification to his/her Libiamo server at time of redemption.
4. Drawing is open to residents of the continental United States, 18 years and older as of the date the prize is awarded. Employees and their immediate families of Libiamo, its affiliates, advertising, production, promotion, and fulfillment agencies are not eligible to participate. Limit one entry per person. Libiamo is not responsible for illegible, mutilated, late, lost or misdirected entry forms. Libiamo is not responsible for technical failures of any kind.
